Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.All deposits are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, and a new time slot will be provided based on availability.
